Are the medicines you provide brand name?
The products we are distributing are generic medicines.
“Generic” – what does this word mean? Are there many differences between the brand name pills and the generic ones?
The generic medicines are actually the same as the brand name ones as they contain the same active ingredient, so they tend to show the same medical effect. The main differences are usually only in physical characteristics – color, shape, also marking, name and price. The thing is that the generics are called after their main ingredient. If you buy a generic medication you will pay less but you will get exactly the same effect.
Why are the generic medicines cheap?
A large part of cost of brand name drugs is for advertising, research and development. Even the cost of obtaining FDA approval in the U.S. is too large. In case if you are buying generics, you pay only for the active ingredient.
Why do the pills I received differ so much from the brand name medicines? Does it matter?
As it was said before, the patent is needed for a brand name, not active ingredient, so the main difference between the brand name pills and the generics is exactly in physical appearance. If we use the same name, or make our pills look like the brand name pills, the manufacturers can blame us for copying and making a counterfeit. What is the shelf life of the pills?
Date of expiry is indicated on each blister. It varies depending on the batches. Shelf life is 2 years from date of manufacture and would differ from batch to batch depending on when they were manufactured.
What is the difference between 50mg Viagra tabs and 100mg tabs?
The offered Viagra is available in 50mg and 100mg tabs. The fixed dosages of Sildenafil in the form of pills are the following: thus a 50mg Viagra pill contains 50 mg of Sildenafil concentrate and a 100mg Viagra tablet contains 100 mg of Sildenafil. Orders are shipped almost worldwide, except some countries of Asia.
Where the pills are sent from?
The medications are manufactured in India, thus the orders are processed and shipped from there.
What packages are you using? Will I have to sign for the shipment?
Your privacy is very important to us. Your order will be sent in a separate envelope, which will remain in Your Inbox. You don’t have to sign if the order is sent by regular mail.
My order will be shipped the same day to buy?
The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However, we need to check your order, first we need to verify that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent. It will take about 1-2 days to perform all these procedures.
What are the delivery methods? When can I expect delivery?
We will not be able to send your order by Express International mail if you specify a mail forwarding address (e.g. P.O. Box, Poste restante, Poste restante, UPS store, APO/FPO), a hotel or another school in your shipping address or if a wrong telephone number is indicated.

What to do if the package is damaged or something is missing?
In this case, you must contact our customer support and report the problem. We will either resend the parcel or refund your payment. Consult our policies to get more information.
